Business Training
Bergé International Talent Program is consisted of 3 training sections. Interns will experience Business training, Spanish Training and Managerial Course for 5 weeks. Interns are able to learn practical skills through Business training. Each intern will work at different department and mentor will take care of intern. For 5weeks, it helps interns improve practical skills in managing international affairs and experience the social environment of Bergé group in Spain.
Basically, interns are assigned to 4 different companies among Bergé group.

Managerial Course
Dynamic Synergy' consulting company is in charge of Managerial course Training. We focus on learning about teamwork, balancing act, organization skills and communication skills. Korean and Japanese interns take the managerial course together. Dynamic Synergy proposes a skill development initiative in conjunction with BERGÉ with the following characteristics and targets.
-The training takes place over 5 afternoons and is based on two didactic premises:
1) THERE ARE NO SET RECIPES
We will follow the positive confrontation methodology in order to help participants to discover their starting basis in terms of their communications, teamwork and planning skills.
2) PEOPLE LEARN FROM EXPERIENCE
The purpose of the course is to create new attitudes and adopt the techniques outlined. This is only possible by putting them continually into practice. To this end, at the end of the program, an action plan tailored for each participant will be drawn up together with the students so that they can put the ideas the believe to be most useful into practice.
Spanish Training
We have Spanish course twice a week after finishing business training. International House language school is in charge of Spanish training. After taking an entrance test, you will have class depending on your level. All 3rd intern took beginner level class. The course is an introduction to communication in Spanish, both oral and written, with emphasis on the use of verbs in the Present tense. The course seeks to develop the four communicative skills: speaking, writing, listening and reading. In addition, basic information on Hispanic culture will be introduced, stressing the importance of correct pronunciation. It is useful time not only to learn Spanish but also to understand culture of Spain.
